What vaccinations must my pet have before boarding?
Your pet must be vaccinated against Rabies. We also highly suggest DHP-PV ( Distemper, Hepatitis, Para influenza – Parvo virus) and Bordatella. We know that there are some situations that only you and your Veterinarian can decide which vaccinations are appropriate for your pet's protection. Feel free to call and discuss any concerns you may have.

Does my pet need flea and tick protection?

We screen all pets that come into our facility. We do recommend topical flea protection if fleas are a concern. We have Frontline or Advantix available for purchase and will apply a single application for you.

Can I bring bedding for my pet?
Yes, you may bring anything you feel will make your pet's stay more comfortable. However, please be advised that sometimes even pets that are never destructive at home can become excited and destroy their belongings while here.

Can I bring my pet's food?
Yes, you may bring whatever your pet is used to eating, we actually recommend it. Some pets develop tummy troubles when their food is changed so food from home is a good idea. We have refrigeration available for diets that need to be refrigerated.

Can I see where my pet will be staying?
Yes, of course you can and we encourage it! When you see the spacious, clean and airy facility you will feel comfortable leaving your pet with us.

Can I call to ask about my pet while I am away?
Most certainly! Please feel free to call or email us about your pet and we will happily give you an update. We can also arrange for texts if desired. Your peace of mind as well as the comfort of your pet is most important to us.

Can my pet be bathed or groomed while staying with you?

Yes, we encourage it! There is nothing nicer or convenient than picking up your furry friend all clean, smelling sweet and looking their best.
